This subject guide on Diversity in Higher Education is intended to give users a starting a point to understanding diversity initiatives and issues at Harford Community College and similar institutions. The resources found here address a variety of diversity topics such as race, gender equality, and cultural differences, but by no means comprehensively address any one subject or all diversity-related subjects. Materials represented here were included based on availability and at the suggestion of HCC faculty and staff. Please contact a librarian for more information on your subject need, as they are able to connect you with specific resources and can request material from other institutions. This subject guide will be updated as new material becomes accessible.
