HIST 104 History of the United States II: Primary Sources

Finding Primary Sources on the Web

To search for primary source sites in Google, do a search on "[your topic] primary source."  For example, "Kent State Primary Source."  Look for links provided by libraries, universitys, archive collections, history organanizations, government sites, etc.

Primary sources for local topics are often best explored through state and county historic sites or archival collections.
