Racial Inequities and Systemic Racism: Home

This guide was created by Sharoll Williams-Love with the assistance of HCC librarians to educate our campus on the crisis of systemic racism and racial inequity in the United States today and throughout the history of the country.

"In the midst of a health pandemic, ongoing national protest has redirected our attention to an ongoing social pandemic – that of systemic injustice and racial inequality. Although the protest focus is primarily on law enforcement, inequities continue to exist in other segments of our society including education, health, housing and employment."
